One of our network of Solicitors in your location will contact you to do due diligence, to take you through the details and explain the process and only once you are satisfied will we process your application.

You will be required to attend the Solicitor's office, who will advise you on all aspects relevant to your claim and once satisfied, to sign an Authority and Agreement allowing us to proceed.

Your network Solicitor will require:

  • ID documentation – a Passport, Driving Licence and a recent utility bill;
  • a copy of your Loan Approval (Letter of Loan Offer)
  • Your last Mortgage Statement (showing the amount due);
  • payment of our fee of €399* which can be discharged by debit or credit card at the Solicitor’s office.

NOTE: In the event that you do not have a copy of your Letter of Loan Offer for your Mortgage, our network Solicitor can obtain this document for you with your authority or you can do so direct with your Bank.

*Engagement Fee: This includes €200 inc. VAT to process the claim and €195 for Court fees and a €4 Credit Card charge.
